No XP during gameplay

I haven’t been able to get any XP during gameplay for the past 2 days and I know I haven’t capped out. Is this happening to anyone else and do you know how to fix this problem? I’ve never had this happen to me before and if I’m not able to accumulate XP during gameplay I most likely won’t be able to finish the program.
