I agree to a point, but i dont agree with them putting the incentive out there. People like the idea of surprise and curiosity. They shouldnt be taking advantage of that during this chaotic time. Somehow i havent fallen into the trap.... yet.

And if they didn’t then people would complain there’s no content. It’s up to you to handle your gambling urges. I don’t see anything wrong with them doing their regular content. It would be different if they did this specifically to get money out of people but they are just doing their job.

Not that I completely disagree with the take here.
But it kinda is their job to "get money out of people", they are a business. I wasn't a fan of what they did today, but it is what it is.

These sales will lower stub prices. Which some might view as less of a reason to buy stubs. I like it personally. And I'm not buying stubs regardless. Your logic is questionable.

True. But it’s like getting mad at any company for putting out a new product right now. If you need the money for other things, don’t buy the packs. Don’t blame them because you can’t control your urges.

They’re not forcing anyone to buy packs. If someone doesn’t have any self restraint and don’t have their priorities straight, buying packs instead of food, that’s on them

Not being political here. Just supplying information.... Giving people or corporations money is not capitalism, it is socialism.

I've been fortunate to be able to work from home, but reduced hours. I'll be using up all my vacation time and still be shorted about 200 a month. Its also why I wont be getting PS Plus, unnecessary expense.
This game is about the only thing keeping me safe at home alone, but no way I can afford to drop any money at all.
