This game makes me really sad

No complaining just saying - RS is unplayable to the extent that is you match up with a person that is using timing (which is more than 50% these days) its makes it impossible to get them out regularly . make a perfect pitch sinker outside corner he hits a bomb, change-up a few inches off the floor bomb, it makes the game not fun at all, so much so I turned it off last night and played something else. I faced a guy he was hitting .395 with FOTF Buxton and he had 79 bombs already come on that's insane , the top players aren't hitting bombs at that rate. Its just a very sad game these days.

Also bummed out and frustrated with how awful any H2H mode plays
So much wrong with hitting and pitching that I highly doubt they get either to a state that’s enjoyable
This year is a complete failure so far and I will not buy 23 until I’ve read reviews. And those reviews will have to be raving about online play at least a month into the game before I consider buying

We did just have a moonshot even which is a prime place to pad stats...plus BR as well. Not all those are hit in Ranked.

That is true, but I recognize his overall sentiment. The issues that this game has at this point is simply too much to ignore and try to have a good time regardless. You're reminded of the flaws on almost every single pitch.

Agreed its BR - It's Events as well. I tried Events last night and got destroyed some of it was me, most of it was timing hitting. I not a WS played by any means but I can hold my own especially with pitching.....not these days though

I use timing and am lucky to hit 1 home run a game. I had someone in events hit 6 home runs off me in a row off low inside/outside and in the dirt pitches. I guess I just need to get better I guess.

Yes I am
Could be wrong but I think the new update changed the PS5 setting to 120 hz. Change it back to 60. Caught the tail end of OhChev so could have missed something.

It did work thank you!! I have very limited time with work this week to play this event and I need the bad Bob Gibson card bc Cardinals lol.

Seriously you don't know ? Its pretty obvious to me just play an inning or 2 and you can see their gameplay doesn't match up with their batting averages and massive amount of HR's. I know when I'm paired up with a good player using zone. Here's a tip if they crush everything inside they're using directional or timing , if they crush everything thrown everywhere well that's timing and if they take pitches and then crush stuff in the strike zone then they are just good and using zone.

Unless you are stuck in the lowest divisions of Ranked Seasons then you will have a hard time getting me to believe that 50% are using timing or directional.

Ok let me re-phrase that 600 level and under are using timing. I know once I get past 600 it'll be better but getting there is a horrible experience so far.

I just feel once you get to a higher level your crappy fielding and pitching will catch up to you......
