April POTM Program won’t progress

I have completed all the moments and collected the first 8 cards but my program won’t let me progress into stage 2. I can’t collect the new cards from week 2 moments either. Not sure if it’s a glitch or what I am doing wrong

This second batch of released cards isn't stage 2

The first 5 cards are week 1, the second 3 are week 2. Still need weeks 3 and 4 before stage 2

Good lord how many times does this need to be posted before people understand that its being done in stages? If you cant finish it today. common sense should tell you that more will be released over the next few days.
