Try not to throw fastballs and Sliders.
If you do, try not to get too much of the plate, where batters are feasting -
The meta is heat and sinkers in, sliders away. Good players expect this. Also most good players will be patient to learn your tendencies. You have to be able to switch it up, not be obvious and paint the edges. Think less trying to strikes peeps out, more trying to get soft contact. Also, don't be afraid to walk a batter. If you have an impatient opponent, they are much easier to exploit.

Also, be very conscious of your opponents bat speed.
