Twitch Drops Not Received - Anyone else?

I have all 3 accounts (Show, PSN, Twitch) linked. I claimed 2 drops - live stream and 1hr watch. I never Received the packs in game.
I received twitch drops last year without an issue so this is a new problem for me. I've opened a ticket.
Has anyone else had this issue?

I claimed 3 packs over the weekend. They just showed up in my inventory today.

I claimed 5 over the weekend and got all 5 the same day.

Me either. It shows I'm connected too, but nothing. Not the end of the world. Just common and bronzes I don't need or can buy for 12 stubs.

I may have a better chance of pulling Trout from a free pack than I do of seeing my Twitch drops.
