That and Bay is a Second half card. He is in an extremely similar situation to the 92 Schmidt last year where he is a 2nd half and no one picked him from the pack

What's the problem with second half cards?
Nothing in particular, they just don't release as many 2nd half cards as they do allstars and breakouts
