I think so. Clemente is a monster. I don't like Gibson but it's all about who works for who. I would buy trout back before a stub sale so better start selling and grinding to get your stubs back up. Trout is really good though but I'm a fan of unlocking collections as soon as possible.
When is the first stub sale usually?
Not sure you would have to ask around but I'm thinking they do it around holidays like 4th of July, memorial day, etc. Don't quote me on that. SDS can change things up too. If they have a packs sale that will drop prices so who knows. All I know is Clemente this year is way better than last year. He reminds me of a slower 99 Jackie from last year with an absolute cannon.

Let's see, Acuna, Tatis, Degrom and Trea are the big ones. I'm assuming you have some of the NL already done. Personally, I'd do it, I really like the NL rewards this year.

Ok. I have 200K and Trout and your post gave me an idea. But I wouldn't have enough as I still need the 90+ NL Diamonds.
Actually, depending on who you already have, 500K may be enough.
Iwould buy everything you need expect for the high prices diamonds and see what you need after that. -

I've been looking at Lee Smith also I have historically done well with him.

Smart move. I finished NL and slowly working on AL.
Literally none of the AL rewards interest me at all.
I'm only finishing AL for the 99 Big Unit.
NL has given me my best 2 hitters (Utley and Clemente) and even though I'm not the biggest Kenley fan, he's a pretty nice bullpen piece.

Buy low sell high, eventually you will be able to buy Trout for a lot less than you can sell him for now.

To me the NL is the better league to complete. I like Frank maybe even better than Clemente but the LS cards in the NL are really good. Acuna, Tatis and Turner can be on your squad for a long time. You also get Degrom and Max for your rotation. Soto and Harper for bench bats. Then you figure the set rewards fill out your roster. Gibson in LF, Utley t 2b, prince at 1st, Kenley in the Pen, Carter at catcher. Lee Smith is solid, so is LS hader. You can make field a team of just NL guys and you are set for a month or two. All that time you just bank coins.
