Pitching - Perfect Pitches Down Middle

Hi, can anyone help.

I keep trying to throw in the dirt and I have a perfect release and the ball somehow finds it's way literally right down the middle to the opposing guy 90% of the time for a homer.

Am I supposed to intentionally screw up the timing on the pitch? Like I'm at the point where I don't know what to do in 0-2 counts in close games. It's ridiculous

What pitching settings do you use? I use analog and that happens every now and then
