I always enjoy the lawsuit threatening threads. I’m still waiting for one person to actually do it and give the docket info so I can follow along for more entertainment.
Obviously a lawsuit is nonsense- but they are in the territory of consumer rights violations. I don’t see why they wouldn’t be liable for a full refund if requested. (Although this might only apply to EU consumers. The US is happy to let companies mislead their customers)

Alright I'll bite. You have been on a Timing crusade the last few weeks. Yes, in this particular forum you are talking about the Mods and their removal of a thread. But @lucas8181_MLBTS is referring to the dozens of other posts where you discuss how Timing and RNG are ruining online.

Everyone can click on your name and read your previous posts on the topic. Everyone knows what you say in the forums, you repeat it every day. No need to argue something that simple.
But, that begs the most important question of them all. What kind of dog do you have? I don't currently have any that live in our apartment due to the rental agreement, but my dad has a Golden Retriever, and three Poodle mixes. All interesting and unique dogs in their own right. I've personally found that I more prefer cats to dogs these days anyway. I'm not required to walk my cat, they are able to use the restroom on their own, and yet they still tend to be equally affectionate towards their owners. The only down side to cat ownership, as opposed to dog ownership, is the cats ability to help it's owner while hunting birds. While I have attempted to take my cat hunting with me on numerous occasions, my cat prefers to chase butterflies or simply take a nap. There is almost no motivation there to do the job he's been given. While frustrating, overall, cats are still my pick.

Huh? What cheater?
You mentioned that they are quick to monitor the board and remove posts; but are silent about the game. Colin removes posts when they get to toxic. That's his job. He has absolutely nothing to do with how the game plays.
