Black mark on RTTS player face

Does anyone have issues with their RTTS player getting black smudges on the face? Specifically, it looks like the eye black is incorrectly being displayed on players' chin, neck, and/or beard area. It looks very strange. I'm not sure if it is connected to the eye black option in the player appearance settings. I've also noticed it shows up in other NPCs as well in RTTS. This graphic glitch was present when I played MLB The Show 21 and 22. Any fix would be appreciated.

Haven't seen the black smudge but have seen the white dots on the faces. I'm guessing it's the facial recognition dots they use for player faces, just figured that would have been fixed by now.
