Tomorrows Player Program

I have this weird feeling its gonna be a Chris Singleton rookie card.
They usually give us a card (albeit, not always in a program) for whoever the retired pro is on the commentary team. I dont remember a Dave Campbell or Rex Hudler card but i do know we've gotten Eric Karros, Steve Lyons, Harold Reynolds and Dan Plesac before. I dont remember if we ever got a DeRosa though..
Just saying, his career wasnt big enough to justify releasing him later in the year as a reward for anything, but as an 85-86 overall, it would kinda make sense to make him the first player program.

I thought tomorrow was Jackie Robinson day. So my guess is well.....you know....him.

While that would make sense, i don't think they're gonna start giving us 95-96 overall player programs 2 weeks into the season...and i don't think he ever had an 85-86 mediocre season. Of course i could be wrong.

I don't think they'll release a singleton card. But if they did, I'm sure it would be for his rookie season. I think the league figured him out after that.

I agree they won't give us a 95-96 card but even the best players in history (Jackie included) start low. Hank has a bronze card as do Harmon Killebrew and several others. Jackie started with an 88 last year which would be an appropriate starting point this year.
Personally, I hope you're right and its not Jackie
I hope he's the lightning legend the mention and there is a seperate player program though I hope it's not Chris Singleton hahaha. Just listen to him in The Show "just look at the back of my bubblegum card" referring to how tough baseball is. -
Lightning legend will be the last card we need to lock the anime set. Is so blatantly obvious that we don’t have something driving the value on a preorder card series.
-
It's an 88 Jackie program. It's on the website.

Its Jackie. If they structure the program like they did for 20 (which was fantasticly done), we will get an 84 or 86 Jackie, then later a 94, then finally a 99 in like July or something.

Loved the way it worked that year. Also on a side note, I miss the evolution cards.
