I'm really surprised at the power displayed by FOTF Benintindi. Didn't pick him but pleasantly surprised.

    FOTF Trout
    FOTF Franco

One of the biggest surprises for me is Prospect M.J. Melendez. I don’t know what it is about his swing but he rakes for me.

Same, I just can't take him out, he just keeps raking!

Yeah. I don't have his stats in front of me but I know he's hitting near .450 and about 75% of those hits are bombs

Just like real life my dude. I mean, not now but historically, Pujols is top 5 greatest RH hitters all time.

    Bring on the haters.

You won't get much out of me, and I'm an astos fan. He used to kill us everytime we played when we were nl central. He's up there with the best of them. I can't wait for people to start debating who had a better career him or miggy.

I remember when he signed with the angels I was pumped, but then of course the astros moved to the AL west...

I feel like I was blessed as a fan to watch along as Pujols and Ichiro played through their careers. With the emphasis on launch angles and exit velocities we likely won’t see a RH and LH hitter dominate by playing the game like them again.

It just struck me, the Pujols is an award card and a 95. They usually have left awards, prime, sig or milestone as a guy’s best card. But surely we’ll see a 99 Pujols later. Wonder if they have something special planned for him (it would be nice if that one didn’t have the leg twist/hitch for swing).

I’m also sticking by the fact no card has ever been this good this early for the price I paid for him. Which was 55k luckily.

He’s also the main guy I’ve noticed always comes out extremely late in the year, so as good as he is in real life I’ve really only used a 86 overall before.

And wether he is top whatever, you can certainly add him to the list of legendary players we have lost or are about to lose in the last few years of this game. A lot of my favourite players are in The Show purgatory. Randy Johnson is the rebirth.
