Black Flashes on Xbox

Has anyone seen a mention by SDS about this error and what they intend to do to fix?

Try switching out your hdmi cord

This is only an issue on 22. I logged in 21 daily to see if it is an issue and it is not an issue on 21. Additionally, no other game on my xbox has the black flashes either.
This is what it looks like.

I got the same problem and also my pci is super laggy even when I play offline games. When I first started mlb 21 I didn’t have this problem but recently it started on mlb 21

Haven’t come across this issue on either my One X or Series X. Usually a quick black flicker is a handshake issue between the cable and the input. However, if it’s only happening on MLB I’m not quite sure.

I’m having the same issue with the black flashing. Any other game I play doesn’t have this issue

Hey all. We have a fix for the screen flicker in the next update. Thank you for the reports and your patience.

When will the next update drop? I think I have a solution. If your playing on Xbox one and and pre-installed the game before the launch i believe that’s the issue. I uninstalled the game and reinstalled the game and I’m not having the black flashes anymore. Disregard, I changed the camera view and it started to do it again
