Cannot connect to DD nor companion app

I have been unable to access diamond dynasty for the past 2 days. Additionally, the companion app is not processing any buy orders stating an error occurred. Is anyone else having these issues or found a way to resolve these issues?

Is your internet down, or a cable loose? Both have been working fine.

Internet is working fine. Other online games are running smoothly. I even reinstalled the game, and nothing changed. The other odd thing is the companion app. Not sure why that would not work. It seems like the connectivity issues with the ps4 wouldn't cause any issues with the app.
