Pitcher Perk Packs

Whenever I get the "Pitcher Perk" packs from the RTTS program they always give me hitting perks. Is anyone else having this issue?

Mine give me two pitching perks and one hitting perk

Yes, I keep getting non pitching perks from "Pitcher Perk" packs.
