Did you play at launch last year? Because you absolutely cannot compare post all star break content to the start of the game
I did play at launch, while it was more broken it wasn't as MTX hungry as this year is. I played allllll weekend every gamemode and made 15k stubs in 40 hours of playtime. They want you to spend your actual hard earned money because they hired behavioral psychologist to tell them what to do.
What game mode were you playing? home run derby? the program and conquest maps are full of stubs. The USA map alone is 80-100K if you don't keep the prospect cards. That's maybe 10 hours of gameplay?

ah, you're one of those guys! You get on social media and complain about those who milk the social safety net and contribute nothing to society. Yet, you don't work, you sit at home, and you complain about a video game that YOU decided to purchase and play.
Congrats on not being a productive member of society, I'm sure someone is proud of your lack of contribution!
As for the rest of us, we truly enjoy providing for others (services, education, construction, etc.) We are true patriots, we pay for our schools, police, military. It's too bad you aren't willing to help support this wonderful country the rest of us are building hour by hour.
Your ancestors wouldn't dream of sitting at home and complaining about pixels on a video screen. I'm sure they're less than proud

If anything last year was more set up for a pay to win structure. If you wanted to you could buy a bunch of stubs, finish the live series collection and then buy cards to exchange your way through team affinity. This year they are just encouraging you to try other game modes instead of just doing exchanges. SDS can be accused of some things but making their game pay to win is not one of them.

It's a good game with good content and will be plenty to do how about less chicken little only 4 days into the game

you made about 2,600 stubs an hour just by playing, You know there are other ways to make stubs. I make stubs from collection, Playing, Flipping cards so that sounds like a you problem. Use your stubs wisely to make more stubs. This is still a very content friendly game. I do not have all the best cards but I differently have a good team of cards I like and wanted. I finished Dodgers, Giants, Col, AZ, only need Tatis Jr for SD. I completed PIT and Stl. Currently working on CHC. I think I have finished all the first set of CQ Maps already. Only need the new ones that just came out. Finish the Ruth Program. Not sure what the complaint is.

Oof. Playing RTTS gives you massive amounts of XP towards the program, diamond equipment that sells for over 30K, and lots of pack and stub awards through the archetype program.
I played for less than an hour last night and got 45,000 XP. Sure a lot better than moments for 500 a piece.You must be new here.

Winter is coming.....but not until after a great year of baseball and baseball video gaming.
Its a sprint for content creators to get randy johnson and put a video "I unlocked randy johnson and his debut...." But i agree with you saying it's a marathon, the first two months kinda bland but it picks up around the summer
That's true. I forget that content creators need to beat the heard. I'd be the worst content creator. I'd be like....week 6, I'm still grinding the US Map....taking my time.
