I packed Pujols day 1, sold him with a 94k's order and never got the stubs... so dissapointed

I lost a lot of orders then too. I submitted a ticket immediately on friday morning and about an hour ago I had everything returned to me. They were really good on this one for me this year. I really appreciate them making it right so quickly. I hope the same happens for you.

I haven’t even got my preorder bonuses yet. Have had a ticket open since Friday so my guess is if you’ve had a ticket open for this you’ll just have to wait like many of us.

I lost 40k Friday night after cancelling a few buy orders. I haven’t heard from SDS and don’t expect to hear anything from them at all. That’s how they roll … they take our pre order money quickly but won’t help us out.

I lost conquest Jered Weaver to a server crash. No other way to get that card. I've heard nothing on my ticket.

Put in a ticket Saturday morning. No response either. Lost over 80k and 3 chase utley cards. Server crashed, I guess, any sell orders you happened to cancel during that time resulted in the cards disappearing from inventory. Frustrating part, you can SEE the buy orders completed. Zero SOLD. Zero in inventory. Good stuff SDS. Was just trying to flip cards on launch to set myself up with some stubs.. guess not.
Might add I spent $100 on deluxe edition and another $100 on stubs.

SDS is a GOTCHA company because they know there is only 1 baseball game. They probably went to Olive Garden and laughed at us.
