Have you opened a ticket and had it responded to? If so, what was the outcome?

I lost a Ryan Howard (after canceling a sale order) and a Randy Johnson (after the order was completed). I’m still hoping they can replace them. In my transaction log, it shows they were bought, no sold orders after, no current/open orders, nor are they in my inventory.

nope no response sent 3 videos of it happening to me and no response yet missing over 250k and items which are worth less now
