It's easier after the patch. Not saying it's a breeze but you can immediately see pitch speeds are like they should've been from the start given the stated difficulty

I haven't noticed a difference, especially in exit velos on good timing/placement. Still getting good/okay fly outs.

Yeah, it's the pitch speeds that I've noticed are a bit toned down

Just beat 1st inning showdown after about 30 tries. I'm telling you guys, pitch speeds are slower, so easier to hit the ball.

They didnt adress anything with pitxh speed or hitting this latest patch so what you are experiencing is either you got better and didnt realize or placebo effect.
