How do you change your RTTS Player?

I have 2 that I've created, 1 is a fielder the other a pitcher. When I go to RTTS at the main screen and hit X to open up "More Options" and select "Load Save File" I select my other save file with another player I made. Load into the game and get a message that says "Heads up! Ballplayer Conflict". It goes on to tell me that I've loaded a ballplayer into a RTTS save that has a different position.
What am I doing wrong when trying to switch players?

Through the main menu, click on ballplayer profile and go to manage. There you can add, change, or delete your ballplayers.

Yup, I came across this... I got all the way to diamond, wanted to start a pitcher. Came across that same prompt... I accidentally removed my previous player and no longer have those diamond archtypes!! So pissed!!

I thought I'd I still had the save file from that player it would still be there

Thanks for the help. It's great that they brought back being able to have multiple players again, but I wish switching between them was a little more straight forward. Now that I know where to go, it's not an issue, but the only way to find that would be to just randomly search. I never thought to check that icon on the main page.
