Any one get a response for a ticket you opened yesterday yet?

I realize they likely have 1000's to plow through, just curious if anyone has gotten a response yet and fixed lost cards and stub issues from yesterday.

Yes they are very active. They had time to get me back my stubs I lost, and ban my main account on here lol.
I was out of line. Kinda had it coming.

I did and it told me to link my Twitch and Show account after I told them it had been linked for 2 years, unlinked and linked back and still didnt work

I had an issue last night with the game crashing and losing a reward, but I wrote them early this a.m. and it was fixed the next time I logged in. It may have been a recovery process the game did automatically, but nonetheless it was fixed.

Yes, they sent me a link to general support page and said "sorry this is happening". and closed the case and thanked me for playing...

I received a response, along with 3 follow up emails to my questions. Every single one ignored my issue and just gave me an unrelated canned response. I've given up for now.

No … I cancelled buy orders and lost 40k stubs.

Yes. They emailed me to tell me the email is no longer in use, even though the email address is given in-game when I reported the issue. I really don't care, I'm sure they'll fix the mini-seasons W-L thing eventually.

Pretty much like everyone elses experience.
Ive been having an issue since last year where my PSN account is linked to ShowNation but once i login, it says "error occurred" and kicks me out. 2 days in a row, Miguel sent me the link for the FAQ section, said "im sorry this is happening" and closed the ticket. Its literally a problem on their end, not mine....but their only solution is to send me a useless link and tell me to have a nice day.
