I cant get my preorder packs i have tried everything i bought mlb mvp edition. Anyone know what to do beside open stubb store?

So I have tried going into the packs store and stubs then backing out but that has not given me my stubs at all.. Anyone figure out how to do it if that doesn't work?

I need to know as well because opening the stub store didn't work for me. I got my packs but I didn't get my stubs

Sometimes it is a code that you have to redeem I think that is how it was in the past.

Sometimes it is a code that you have to redeem I think that is how it was in the past.
thats not how it works at all. You just have to submit a ticket, its the server not catching up to your download, they will appear eventually but its not redeeming a code.

I don't do digital downloads for the PS4 or PS5 so when ever I have picked up my game it is on the reciept.

I've tried doing the stub store thing to get my stubs but nope... I got the packs just not the stubs. I pre-ordered last year and everything went fine
