Issue with Prospect Packs

Is anyone else not getting the prospect packs from the USA conquest map? I've beaten the NL west strongholds, and the mission says that it is complete but I didn't get the NL west prospect pack.

Related, but not exact, but I finished the Mystery Map earlier this morning and did not get the final rewards packs from that. Says I completed all tasks, but the five packs you get were not in my inventory. Disappointing.

I've not had any further issues with any of the other divisions, but I never got the NL West pack.
I've had a few wins not count when trying to capture a stronghold. The parallel xp still gets counted, so those just give u more games to grind xp I suppose.

Also related, but not the same. I earned one of the flashback choice pack with the players needed for parallel xp in the FOTF program. I got kicked out after opening the pack but before making any choices. The pack isn’t in my inventory, nor are any of the players.

I didn't get the 5 packs at the end of the mystery conquest. Didn't take much time but still silly.
After the update this morning, anyone still not getting packs? Trying to do the USA map and not complete any divisions til this is fixed.
