Offline? Yes
Online? Hell [censored] noI second this. Idk if it's because of my location (Europe), but All-Star online seems legend with the pitch speed sliders all the way up. I can actually catch up to those in custom practice, online is a whole different ballgame.
I can’t even fully grasp whats goin on with pitch speeds. All-star to me seems slower than last year but a lot say they are too fast. I don't use custom practice so I half wonder if the pitch speed slider is glitched and carried over from other modes
I put the sliders back to default once I'm done with the BP warmups. I've thought about this before but can't be the issue since I always put them back.
Yeah who knows whats going on then. I haven't played any games on HOF yet, and I plan on using todays event for that, but there is no way I, a yearly 790-830 player, who plays on a 32’ Vizio Smart TV with game mode should think pitch speeds are slow on Allstar while a yearly WS player who presumably plays on a Monitor thinks AS pitch speeds are fast. Something funky is going on with pitch speeds
Yeah idk either. All I can think of is latency, which always is some part of my experience whenever I'm home in the Netherlands (I split my time between here and Texas). Like the baseball is already in the strike zone according to the server, but in my screen it hasn't reached the plate yet; hence why everything feels so much faster and I'm late all the time. It's not nearly as bad when I'm in Texas, because that's when I'm closer to both the servers and the general population who play this game.

Yes. Everyone is WAY overreacting and it's getting ridiculous.

Are you enjoying this game in its current state?
Reply yes or no.

Not really, no. Swing timing windows are all over the place, fielding is a coin flip, content isn’t all that engaging and I urge anyone who still has ‘17 to load it up and pitch a half inning or two. Compared to more recent titles in the franchise, it’s like the difference between shooting the target at the funfair with the crooked sight air rifles they give you in ‘20 as opposed to a sniper rifle in ‘17. So much fun when you can paint corners or strike someone out with a perfectly placed slider. Really felt like a game where you put your pitching skill against an opponent’s hitting skill. These days I feel like you may as well throw it anywhere, there is no skill in pitching any more.

Ehh...sure..it has it's moments.

No. So far the game is not even as good as last year.
-
Yes. Frustrating at times but still by far my favorite game

yes I am

Yes thanks.

Offline: yes
Online: noMy issues aren't so much with hitting, but with the ineffectiveness of pitching and the downright awful fielding. Not to mention the game breaking bugs.

Depends on the day.

Other than randomized pitching locations and missed fly balls I like it. I don’t like starters coming in after the 4th or 5th

Yes I am

No. I've abandoned it until the next gameplay patch.
But I'm halfway through my first OOTP 21 season because of this, so it's not all bad.
-
Yes. Game is fun, not perfect.

Not at all
