    Community manager, please keep this open. Better yet, respond.

    Gamer tag suntlacrimae50 on psn. Several Conquest games that didn’t count, a BR win that got wiped out, a Mini Season win counted as a loss. Too much. Don’t give a shot about apology stubs, want a refund and this game off my dashboard.

    SDS, if you have ANY integrity, respond and allow me/us to get full refunds.

    Alot easier to get a response if you just Email supports instead of posting a flaming thread on the forums.

    And talk about integrity, perhaps if you approach in a more tactful manner you might get help.But if i worked for SDS and saw a thread like this I wouldn't respond.

    Yes but this isnt a GT7 or Cyberpunk situation. The game isnt broke, it just has its pre release issues like 99% of other games do. Nothing will become of a few complaints before the game is even officially released. We complain on here to bring attention to what is broke so hopefully they will fix it.

    If they didn't give refunds last year then they definitely aren't this year. Whether or not you like the content the servers are way better so far than last year. That's not to say it's good, that's just how bad last year was.
    Also compared to how bad some other game launches are this isn't that bad. Look at Sifu, didn't have many problems post launch but early access was messed up. The game wouldn't even download until halfway through the first day of early access.

    I don’t remember reading a disclaimer about the 4 days early access being access to an unfinished, buggy version of the game that will release in 4 days. This is live service [censored], and when you center your entire game around DD and the servers don’t work, you haven’t provided the service that people paid for. Had they done A GADDAMM THING with franchise, it might be different. But they’ve pushed all their chips into DD, live service, and persistent monetization.

    [censored] this studio. They’re quickly going the way of a Madden in my opinion.

    So lemme get this straight, you pre ordered game, watched all the videos, did your research about company and it's previous releases, played game, got mad, contacted support, and made a thread all b4 it even reached being live 24 hours?

    Know what i think? I think you are an irresponsible young person who bought a game and a bag of weed got stoned then realized oh [censored] it's first of the month "i forgot to pay rent!" knowing drug dealer wasn't going to give refund so next best thing was cause a scene? Am i close?
