That’s absurd. I think steam offers refunds if you’ve played less than a certain number of hours and are displeased. PlayStation and sds should do the same. I know there is typically a lot of whiners here,but imo it is all justified. We payed the same price for an absolutely gutted game.

I know Sony issued refunds to several GT7 buyers, so I do not understand why they do not with this game.

Yeah I barely played it. It's a smoother game, but still the same reskinned mess and it's missing features I would like.

If anyone is on the fence about the game I don't know why they would pre-order it. Why not wait for reviews and watch on twitch and YouTube for the pre-release to see if you even want it?

Well, do you play any other games on this PSN ID?
Because Sony will lock the ID from being able to play ANYTHING. If you have other games associated with this ID (digital); they're locked. Whatever time you have left on your PS+ is locked.
It would be like you never had a PSN account.
Now, if this is the only game you play and you don't want to play any other games, without making a new account and buying a PS+ sub again; then ask for the refund.

I’m going for a refund and opened a thread about it. Respond there. Go to Metacritic too. That’s what got GT7. That’s what has to happen here.
