Missing purchases

I have never seen a glitch like this before. Not like there isn’t always server issues the first few days, I completely expect them and get frustrated by them. But to be honest I know this going in lol. Ok to the problem at hand. I have purchased multiple items in diamond dynasty that show up in my transactions and stubs spent but they are not in my inventory. Had my first diamond pulled out of a pack ( Altuve ) then server error and no Altuve
Anyone else having these issues ? -

The same thing has happened to me. I have lost multiple Platinum Players I purchased and probably $50k in stubs today. Not to mention, every time I open a Gold Pack there is a server error and then I lose the player that I received.
I have been playing this game for as long as I can remember and The Show has always had server issues (especially at launch) but now they’re messing with my money. They better make this right for all of us!
