Download '21 franchise file from cloud

Anyone having issues getting their franchise file from the cloud? I double-checked that my '21 franchise file was uploaded to the cloud, but when I went to "download from the cloud" in '22, it said there were no files available.

Am I the only one with this issue? Anybody have any workarounds?

I had the same issue, and for the moment couldn't load my previous save from 21

I'm having the same issue. my accounts are linked but the cloud save does not show up in the MLB 22 Franchise

I was able to download same franchise from xBox, PS5 and Switch. This did not work just yesterday. I was prompted to download.
