HELP! DD Starter mission glitched!

I played through the diamond dynasty tutorial missions and at the end got the reward pack.
The game lost connection just after I opened the pack and now I can't progress into diamond dynasty. When I restart it tells me to claim the reward pack ,but it takes me to the screen that says 'OPEN PACKS' in the bottom right corner and it just has a white zero in the middle/top of my screen and then I'm stuck on there.
What can I do?
