BR Program Path Seemingly Inaccessible

Every time I go to the BR tab, it opens up the Draft. I don't want to draft. I want to look at the program and see who's in the Silver/Gold packs.

Is there any way to do this without drafting?

I was able to look at it this morning no problem unless its a bug

I think I clicked on the "Tutorial" by mistake, and I had to go through the draft before I could see the program goals. Probably my fault, though.
