I’ve done that, reinstalled the game twice, loaded on and off

How quick of a turnaround was it for your ticket to get a response? I put in one about 3 hours ago for a different issue. I know they're probably slammed so I'm not expecting a quick resolution.

If it's like last year, it will seriously take a couple of months. So, enjoy the game and don't focus on a resolution to your issue. Sorry
