Is it better

To keep everything non LS you earn, minus duplicates, because you may need them for a collection?
Or is it better to sell everything and use the stubs towards the LS Collection?
I know you'll event need precious rewards if they do a mega Collection again; but if they release previous cards late in the cycle, couldn't you just wait until then to lock them in?
I'm talking if they do Inning Bosses again and Headliners.

The LS collection will eventually come to all those with patience. SDS hands out free packs like it’s going out of style. If you’re willing to wait until maybe July or august or so, you’ll likely end up with all the lucky pulls (and stubs) you need to complete the LS collection. I wouldn’t sell early-innings bosses just to pay for LS cards, especially because the vast, vast majority of LS cards and LS collection rewards aren’t usable after the first couple months.

I suggest selling every card you get besides Diamonds (because cards prices high on day 1).

I do not use a CAP I have no need for the equipment and I do not care for most of the unlockables, I will be selling all of that stuff early in the game cycle. Best way to finish the LS collection is by flipping cards. Buying cards off the market. I will work on 1 division at a time. I do not think I will lock in cards this year unless I have them all for that team.

But wouldn't that be a reason to get the LS Collection done ASAP? To be able to use those rewards before they're obsolete?
I started late this year and I finished the LS Collection in about a week (made my stubs exchanging Silvers to Golds) and every card expect Puckett wasnt even used.
Yes, it was 10 mos into the games cycle. But wouldn't you want to get those cards ASAP?

Do you target the cheap ones first; to get them out of the way? Or do you try to go all in for Trout and then finish off the AL West?

If you get good pack luck at the beginning of the year then I say go for it. And these new FotF could have an interesting effect on the market. But I won’t be selling my 1st or 2nd inning bosses or early headliners to fill out a LS collection when I am confident I will get the vast majority of those LS cards for free along the way. At the end of every cycle, I look back to my earliest pages of transactions and just cringe at the wasted stubs. I think I spent like 35K on Ketel Marte at the beginning of 20 or 21 lol.

I understand your point. It's an interesting dilemma to experience. Finish the LS Collection ASAP and use those cards for a good but if time; but spend a TON of stubs and have nothing to look forward to when you get a TON of packs down the road.
Or wait until everything but the Diamonds are close to QS value and do it for less; but have cards that could be obsolete.
Only positive I can see is you don't have to eventually wait in line for a Common that's 2500 stubs.

But it will help alot if they still have TA packs and the Division specific packs, where you get 2 Bronze and 2 Silver players from that division, in the TA path.

I usually go the NL West first starting with the dodgers, I love Bets, Muncy, W Smith, Pollock and Taylors swings. It is my favorite team, But I think the AL will be easier this year, even with Trout being expensive. I do one team at a time, If you can do the cheaper teams first it could be better and it is better to do them early cause of roster updates you can run into that common going for 2,500 looking at you Jonathan Diaz.
