Seeing some stuff on MLB22 possibly being free.
I paid $140 (I live in Canada) for the Digital Deluxe Version…knew I should have waited till the DD stream.
So if it’s free I just spent $140 for nothing?

- The title of your topic is literally "Gamepass", which is an Xbox subscription service.
- If you're referring to the rumors about it being a freebie on PS+ this month, it's very unlikely. If Playstation Spartacus is announced and goes live within the next week or so (also very unlikely) then I could see them adding the game to one of the higher tiers that have been rumored to push subscriptions since the game is also on Game Pass. Otherwise, I just don't see it happening.

Even if it is available for free; it would be the standard version and won't be available until the 5th.
So look at it like you paid for an extra four days and a handful of cards.

The real move here is buy the Digital deluxe on switch to get early access for the weekend then hop on the Xbox version when it his gamepass that's is if you planned to get the switch version

That's exactly what I did. I just finalized the Switch pre-order this morning. My expectations for the Switch version are low, but if I can grind moments and conquest on it, then I feel it's worth it.

That's exactly what I did. I just finalized the Switch pre-order this morning. My expectations for the Switch version are low, but if I can grind moments and conquest on it, then I feel it's worth it.
The switch version will have its pros
Grinding MTO while watching TV with the wife
Simming conquest while watching TV
Grinding moments while at work on break.
I don't see it viable for online modes but I'm willing to give it a chance and heck turn off cross play for the first weekend and just take on the switch players it will be the same playing field.
