I use to use the show website all the time to tinker with lineups sell cards buy cards. And one day it said my account was unlinked and now I can’t use the website. I can’t figure out my username every time I try to reset it, it doesn’t work. HELP

Welcome to the club. You’re not the only one having trouble with that. Still waiting to hear from SDS on my support ticket.

I have never tried to link accounts on here, but have you tried registering an account under the website? I think you have to register an account under the website first and then link the accounts.

i am literally the most lost how are you even know your username to link the account?

How is this STILL an issue. I am in the same boat and not getting any help from the support they offer. Has anyone had any luck retrieving their username?

found this thread, realized I can see username by logging in through Xbox. Using correct email and username still gives me an error, emailed support, hopefully got an answer soon
