What was this update yesterday? Was it the pre-order downloading?

I have it for the Xbox Series X and also I have an Xbox One...on my XB1 an auto update started to download last night , it was huge....I think 45 Gig....I'm thinking it had to be the game..I thought I D?L it already....but is that what it was?

Yeah. I think it comes out on the 4th. Probably had a small file in its place until the game was ready
