Help with code for cross-platform progression

Hello, I sold my PS5 and bought an Xbox Series S. On this website, my PSN account is linked to my TheShow account and my new Xbox account. But when I sign in to the TheShow account it is only linked with my xbox, and it can't connect both ways since I'd need to get a code from my PS5 (which I sold) to connect there.
So if it's already connected PS5 to TS why doesn't it also connect also TS to PS5, and also how can I now retrieve my data and DD team on my new Xbox if I sold my old PS console?
