Started 21 about a month ago.

As of today, just by playing a hand full of Moments and all the TA Conquest Maps; I have just finished off the LS Collection, Rivera Collection, and am about 2-3 vouchers from Mookie.

I still need a bunch for Kershaw and only have one towards Griffey; but since I'm going to now concentrate on the new BR Program; I should have Betts, Kershaw, and hopefully Griffey before 22 drops.

Well, you do get the LS players for about 5-10% of the price that us who got the game at launch had to pay. Thats millions of stubs cheaper. As with the rest of the cards. But I think they should basically give away everything after November anyways.
