Bug - Add "Warm-up pitcher" to hitting menu

In the regular options, "Warm-up pitcher" is not available as a quick chat option when hitting. The perfect time to warm-up a reliever is when your team is hitting, so please add that to the default menu of options when hitting (currently it is only available in the quick chat options when pitching).
