When timer gets down to zero and opponent has not started playing, should be an automatic win, take out the option to forfeit, if you can’t continue playing, you lose the game.

Umm, you do know that if your opponent runs out of time, and you select the option for them to forfeit, you win the game?

It does happen where the opponent doesn't want to forfeit. I got a message once asking me to wait two minutes and I did as a courtesy and didn't forfeit the game for him. The option is on the opponent and not the player. It's not like the timer is a ridiculous amount of time.
