Takes forever for infielders to throw home

Every time when there's runner at 2nd with less then 2 outs, you need to throw home instead of first on grounder that's not hit hard. Otherwise the runner can go all the way from 2nd to home if he has over 75 speed. The first baseman seems to be very satisfied after getting the hitter out at 1st and takes forever for him to realize the runner is close to home and he needs to make the throw.
