Errors in DD so far

Here are some things that I just ran into my first online game/DD. I will keep updating with stuff that I find.

First thing that I ran into is when an error was committed early in the game, the ticker box stating it was an error and what position stayed above the score board all game long.

There was a lot of lag within the quick menu when interacting with the bullpen and subs. (I know this could be a TT thing, just wanted to bring it up.)

I'm sure it has been said but the "Flip Low Tier Cards" option doesn't work. Even when using it Golds and Diamonds are being flipped.
