Holding down a button then letting go to throw to home ,1st,2nd and 3rd base sucks

Using Analog throwing, no meter. I have played 3 games in the tech test on PS5 and have noticed wild throws to first base on two hoppers to third base. This occurred 5 times my first game. And 3 times the next two games. The baserunner running to first was not very fast and my third baseman was very casual fielding the ball but for some reason the throw would take the first baseman off the bag. This also happened with my second baseman once as well. I also saw this happen once with the CPU fielding.
