Captain feature in co-op

Remove where it says captain before you get into a game because everyone backs out until they are the captain of the game.

I think Co-op will work best with friends. However for random team matchups, it might be nice to enter your difficulty preferences before matching you up with a teammate. It might eliminate some of the people immediately jumping ship upon matchup which just causes people frustration. Like what if the captain chooses Rookie but you really don’t want to play Rookie. Or maybe they turn quick counts on and you hate playing with quick counts and vice versa. Also maybe put your team preferences and maybe a team veto ahead of time before matching you up. For instance as a Red Sox fan myself it just feels wrong playing as the Yankees if that’s what my captain chooses. The team preference probably can’t be hard and fast rule but might make more enjoyable matchups more often.
