R2 spamming messes up Pinpoint too much

I understand why R2 exists, but there needs to be: (1) at most a limit of one R2 press per pitch, and (2) it should not affect the pinpoint pitching motion.

Weird, last year it didnt affect me at all. I havent seen it in 22 yet.
