weird input lag on PS5 but not XBOX series X

I first tried the Tech demo on PS5 and my timing was very late almost like I was playing remote play/cloud. Couldn't hit the ball in practice mode. Quite baffled. Downloaded on series x and i have no issues with timing, plays exactly like last year. never noticed any input lag on any other PS5 multiplayer game, not sure if i missed a setting on my TV for ps5 and it's wireless with my xbox being hard wired internet. maybe it's known issue with ps5 version of The Show.

Ya i experienced this too on last gen. Xbox timing was fine, but ps4 was like a second behind. I was thinking maybe it was the softer buttons on ps4 but that would make no sense since the input time last 2 years on ps4 was fine.
