I can't play this game handheld on the Switch

I just played the Twins on AS with a pretty OP squad. I outhit them 7-2 but lost 2-1. Ironically Verlander gave up 2 solos early trying to use analog. I switched to Pinpoint and didn't give up another hit (maybe PPP is a little to OP still )

Here's my problem though, I'm in pain. My eyes hurt and I have a headache. Between the pixelated graphics and horrible frame rate rollercoaster I can't do that consistently.

I can deal with the graphics, but if the frame rate issue isn't fixable I wouldn't consider purchasing on the Switch.

The frame rate makes pitching and hitting very tough. I can get past the pixelation, it is just hard to time pitching and hitting when the frames jump around so much.

Yeah. Frame rate is terrible and hitting is trash. Glad I own an Xbox to make up for it.
