Can't load 2v2

I've been trying to load a 2v2 game for the past 15 minutes and every time I get to the last advance screen, I can't do anything except send messages and I've been captain every time.

I had this problem. It took probably 20 attempts and I finally got a game to go through. We actually played the entire 7 innings and it was fun. We won 1-0 on my solo HR w/ Vlad Jr.
