The hitting does not work.

I'm sick of hitting the ball dead center with good timing and it says "OK" hit. It is like the game is going backwards. Instead of getting better it's getting worse. I reported it 2 weeks ago. I know DD is the cash cow but they can't get the basics right?

Hitting is fine. I do feel it is more difficult in this game vs. 19 though. Every year comes a timing adjustment. What difficulty do you play on and what other hitting settings do you use? Have you tried any YouTube hitting tutorials?
