So, they dropped a new collection today. Collect Polo Grounds for 20K in XP.
You need all the Diamond Stadiums, which I think there are 10-12.
I remember checking the other day, after I got one from a Daily Login, and notice that there were no Sell Orders and a handful of Buy Orders in at 1K.
I contemplated QS the extras (10) that I have and thought I would wait.
Well, there are now Sell Orders up for 14K!
How f'n desperate/stub poor are you that you are trying to get 14K for setting that was 1K two days ago?
But you need them for the Collection and XP.
Umm, if you don't have Polo Grounds by now, you either sold off the stadiums or you started late. And if you started late; there have been so many packs popping up that you don't need to spend 14K on a stadium.
Plus, it's only 20K in XP. With Double XP happening; you can get that in one or two decent 9inn games. Or an hour playing Showdown.
Gotta love greedy people.

I may have wrote it wrong, or you may have read it wrong, what I meant was that there were orders where people were trying to sell a stadium for 14K and the highest Buy Order was 1,500.
I felt tempted to undercut the Sell Orders and list all my duplicates for 2K each.

I got a Crosley Field in a pack a few hours ago. Sold it I think for 14k.

Silver cards would have no buy orders in but sell orders in the 3,000 range.

That's your prerogative. Doesn't bother anyone else. But I always list everything just a bit under the lowest buy price so I can make as much profit as possible. I wouldn't call it greedy, it's just called playing the game.

That's your prerogative. Doesn't bother anyone else. But I always list everything just a bit under the lowest buy price so I can make as much profit as possible. I wouldn't call it greedy, it's just called playing the game.
Ps: you can still pay 1.2-1.5k for them. Just put a buy order in with a slightly higher bid. That's also called playing the game. And basic economics. You can call it Greed, that's cool. It's why I have Trea Turner and got Griffey day 1 despite being an abysmal online player.

I understand all that. As for me QSing cards.
I have no use for stubs right now. I have every card I want, except for Turner, so there is no need to have a bunch of stubs that will just 'sit there'.
And I'm half tempted to cancel my Buy Order for Turner and call it a day. Going on 40 days and I'm still waiting.

So like I said, just QS, that's your choice, but if other don't, it's there choice and doesn't automaticallymake them greedy. I agree that some people have more stubs than they could ever spend and they got that way by doing exactly what you're describing. You have every card you want, but some people want every card in the game and there is a strategy to collecting everything which is what a lot of us are trying to do. It's not sensible sometimes, but it'spart of the game. I just got Harmon Killebrew for 1M and put a buy order in for Guidry for 1M despite having little interest in using the cards. I have every card now (except for Guidry and Alomar.....ahhhhhhhh f@c%$@^k )
But at this point if there are many other event rewards I'll need 1M to buy, I need to sell extras for a profit and flip cards because I'm under a million. soooooo....yeah to each his or her own.

I don't sell them anymore. I just have them sitting in my binder for the just in case scenario. So its not really any better.
